City Hall is 'the People's Place' and for the past 80 years has been the backdrop to many of Brisbane's cultural, social, and civic events
Today City Hall is in critical need of repair and Brisbane City Council has partnered with the National Trust to restore this iconic building for future generations.
In 2010, City Hall will close for around three years for critical restoration work so its beauty and history can be preserved. Right now, City Hall is open for business as usual.
