The Regional Business Centre staff can give you information and professional advice on topics including:
- licensing
- permits and applications
- local laws and compliance
- rates enquiries
- account payments (EFTPOS facilities available)
- animal registration
- paper bus timetables
Regional Business Centres also offer limited service for plumbing matters, including accepting:
- sewer and water design applications/requests for quotes
- onsite domestic sewage treatment plant applications

The Business Lounge provides the same services as the Regional Business Centres. They also provide specialised development and regulatory services assistance.
