Brisbane City Council has five Customer Centres (formerly known as regional business centres) across Brisbane. Specially trained staff can provide information and advice on topics including:
- licensing
- permits and applications
- local laws and compliance
- rates enquiries
- account payments (EFTPOS facilities available)
- animal registration.
