Community Engagement Policy

Brisbane City Council's Community Engagement Policy outlines the processes and key principles Council follows when involving the community on major projects and activities.

Council has been guided by a Community Engagement Policy since 2008. Under the City of Brisbane Act 2010 (Qld) this has been made available for public inspection.

Council's Community Engagement Policy ensures an effective and meaningful process of involving the community on issues that have a significant impact on the future of the city and local neighbourhoods.
