You can follow the steps to receive the service you require from Scientific Analytical Services.

  1. Choose the scientific analytical service you require.
     
  2. Complete a quote request form:

  3. Send your completed quote request form to:

  4. A Scientific Analytical Services (SAS) staff member will contact you within one working day of receiving your quote request. They will tell you about the service fees and sampling requirements and help to determine the most suitable testing process. A team of professional samplers will supply free bottles and can take the samples for you.
     
  5. Keep the samples chilled from the time of sampling until delivery.
     
  6. Complete a sample sheet:

    Deliver your chilled samples with the completed sample sheet between 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday to:

  7. Test results will usually be supplied within 10 working days from the receipt of your samples and the sample sheet. However shorter time frames may be negotiated before the samples are accepted.
     
  8. When the analysis is complete, we will send you an invoice. You can:
  9. You will be able to view the status or results of your request online. 
     
  10. Results can be delivered by mail, fax or email. A National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) endorsed report is available on request.
