It coordinates and implements projects to attract investment and jobs, promote business expansion in Brisbane and build Brisbane's international reputation as a place to visit, study, work and do business.


Asia Pacific Cities Summit and Mayors' Forum

The Asia Pacific Cities Summit (APCS) and Mayors’ Forum is an event initiated by Brisbane City Council. It was first held in 1996 and has been held biennially since 1999, with the venue alternating between the City of Brisbane and cities awarded to host the event in the Asia Pacific Region. The 10th summit was held in Brisbane on 5-8 July 2015.
