Selling to Council

Brisbane City Council generally purchases goods, services and works via quotes and tenders. Council's eTendering system changed to a new SAP Supplier Portal on Monday 30 September 2013. Use the guidelines and frequently asked questions to help download and submit tenders.

Find out how to use Council's Supplier Portal and view tender opportunities. You can use the Supplier Portal to:

  • view details of current tenders and quotes
  • view tender conditions, contracts, lodgement details and notifications
  • register to receive email notifications of tenders advertised by Council

Open tenders are listed online, however you need to register for the new Supplier Portal to view tender details and submit responses to Council.

Training is available to help you navigate the Supplier Portal and take you through the process of submitting tender responses in the new system.

Visit Council's Supplier Portal.
