- health, fitness and nutrition
- martial arts, combat philosophy and practice
- peaceful and positive conflict resolution
- stress management

Separate classes for women and men
Separate classes are held for women and men. This is to encourage total participation, as often men and women will have different issues and questions they want to raise. Separate classes provide a safe and comfortable environment for individuals to be less self-conscious.
The safety classes are also specifically designed for men or women because they are usually attacked for different reasons. As the nature of an attack is different, the type of defence required is also different.
Follow-up workshops
A follow-up workshop is available to continue your personal safety training. Class participants can leave their contact details with the instructor to attend a workshop.
