Men's Shed Grants Program
The Brisbane City Council Men's Shed Grant supports Men's Shed groups in Brisbane. This program provides a safe, supportive and friendly environment for men of all ages to gather, volunteer, work and seek fellowship with like-minded people. The grant provides funding for:
- establishment and coordination expenses
- facility improvements
- equipment and material purchases

Funding round dates
The Men's Shed Grants Program runs once a year.
The 2013-14 round is now open for applications. Submissions close at midnight on Monday 13 January 2014.
Successful applicants from the round will be notified in April 2014.
Funding amounts range from a minimum of $2,000 to $20,000.

Successful applicants must abide by the full terms and conditions of the grant. Terms and conditions are outlined in your funding agreement.
Acquittal reports for successful applicants
If your application is successful, you will be required to complete an online acquittal form within 12 months of grant approval notification.
Grant recipients with overdue acquittal reports are not eligible to apply for grants.
