There are a variety of Council parks across Brisbane offering a range of experiences for all age groups.

City Hall is an iconic heritage-listed building. City Hall closed in January 2010 for restoration and upgrade and will re-open in early 2013. Council manages a range of community halls that are available to hire for a variety of purposes.

Council manages 12 cemeteries and three crematoria for people of the Brisbane area.  These facilities provide venues for burials and cremations.  Many cemeteries offer memorials for ashes.

Council has a range of properties available for not-for-profit organisations to rent through lease or licence agreements for sport, recreation, cultural or community purposes.

Community hubs are places where you can relax, socialise and learn new skills in your local neighbourhood. Community hubs can be found at Bracken Ridge, Chermside and the Grange.
