CityCycle bike hire

CityCycle is an active and sustainable public transport option aimed at reducing traffic congestion and parking pressures in the inner city.

CityCycle is open to residents and visitors to Brisbane over 17 years of age. CityCycle bike hire stations are located at key inner city destinations linking to bus, train and ferry connections.

CityCycle stations are being delivered in two stages. Stage one is operating now and includes over 1,000 bikes at 104 stations located in Brisbane city, Fortitude Valley, New Farm, Newstead, Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane and West End. Construction of stage two will commence shortly and will include stations located at Milton, Toowong, the University of Queensland and South Bank. Later this year CityCycle will offer up to 2,000 bikes at 150 stations.
