Get active and healthy by joining Brisbane City Council’s Gonewalking program with more than 80 free walks held across Brisbane every week. Walking is a fun, cheap way of getting fit and keeping active. There are hundreds of walking trails across Brisbane including bike paths and bushwalking trails.
Gonewalking is delivered by trained volunteers and walk organisers from the Heart Foundation on behalf of Council. The Heart Foundation also runs Heart Foundation Walking, a free community-based walking program funded by the Queensland Government.
