Request for infrastructure charges prior to lodgement applications

If your application includes a request for infrastructure charges prior to lodgement of your application, you need to include:

  • a cover letter
  • the fee assessment form
  • proposed plans
  • any other supporting documents

This application will be assessed electronically by the Infrastructure Charges team who will email the infrastructure charges letter to the applicant.

Operational Works and Compliance Assessment applications

An Operational Works or Compliance Assessment application can only be submitted once you have received your final development approval and conditions.

When submitting your application, include the relevant Operational Works and Compliance Assessment form, following the electronic file guidelines.
