Brisbane City Council provides all the information needed to plan, apply and complete a development in Brisbane including professional advice on development applications and all of the forms and fees that you will need to be able to submit an application.
State Planning Policy 3/11: Coastal Protection came into effect on Friday 3 February 2012. Any triggered development application over land within an area mapped within the coastal zone that becomes properly made on or after 3 February 2012 must address the relevant requirements of the SPP including the Development Assessment Code.
