Lost property and feedback
Brisbane City Council offers a lost property service for items lost on Council buses, busway stations, CityCats and CityFerries.
Council buses and busway stations
If you have left an item on a Council bus or at a busway station, contact Council. Council keeps lost property for four weeks, excluding perishables such as food.
Items are held at Council bus depots overnight and can be collected the next business day, after 3.30pm. The Lost Property office is located at the Library and Customer Centre, Brisbane Square.
CityCat and CityFerry
If you have left an item on a Council CityCat or CityFerry, phone TransdevTSL Brisbane Ferries on 07 3229 7778 seven days a week from 9am to 5pm (except Christmas Day and New Year's Day).
Feedback
Translink is responsible for receiving and coordinating feedback regarding all public transport in Brisbane, including the Council bus, ferry and CityCat services. Tranlink may respond directly or refer the matter to Council for investigation.
Provide feedback via Translink including feedback about routes, drivers and incidents.
