From November 2008, changed traffic conditions at Truro Street, Windsor will be in place to assist construction of the Airport Link and Northern Bus way (Windsor to Kedron) Projects. The two existing southbound lanes of traffic on Lutwyche Road from Chalk Street will be continued 150 metres south on Truro Street between Stoneleigh Street and Annie Street. The T3 transit lane will be relocated to commence 100 metres south of Albion Road intersection, Windsor. These changed traffic conditions will be in place for the duration of the project (mid 2012). Upon the project's completion Truro Street will form part of the Northern Busway with a provision for local traffic accessing Stoneleigh, Ada, Annie and Fosbery Streets, Windsor.
