Young adults, Adults (30+)
Free
Would you like to reduce your material footprint through less reliance on fast fashion? Are you looking to assemble a wardrobe of sustainable garments you want to wear for years to come? Slow fashion practitioner, advocate and author, Jane Milburn, will lead a conversation about the ethics of how we dress, the personal benefits of reclaiming agency in our fashion choices, and the value of natural fibres. Jane will also share international insights from her recent Churchill Fellowship research, including stories of how people around the world are styling, mending, making, co-designing, redesigning and upcycling fashion to drive change. Be inspired to look at your wardrobe, and what you can do with it, in new ways!
