Bookings essential. Get grooving at your own pace. Zumba Gold is a great low impact modified exercise fitness class. We dance, we sing, we laugh and we sweat. We work on our coordination, balance, cardio and toning and have lots of fun whilst doing the routines. All fitness levels welcome.
