Aqua Dance2BFit

Aqua Dance2BFit is a dance based aqua class which provides a full body workout. Find a class at a Council pool near you.

Deep water running

A deep water work out that uses all major muscle groups. Participants wear a buoyancy belt. To attend this class, you must be able to swim.

Mountain biking

Come along to one of our mountain biking sesisons and learn off-road bike safety, technical skills, ethics and correct trail use.

Fish Wise

Take the tangles out of fishing with one of our great Fish Wise workshops. Bookings required.

Fitness for mums

Heart Foundation Walking

Heart Foundation Walking (previously known as Gonewalking) is a free program of walks led by trained volunteers.
