Active Parks
Active Parks offers you a chance to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle in Brisbane's great outdoors. There are activities available for everyone including tree climbing, fitness classes and kayaking. Check out what's on offer in the Active Parks program. Growing Older and Living Dangerously (GOLD)
The GOLD program provides free or low-cost activities for residents 50 years and over. You can find events and activities for fitness, arts and craft, hobbies and much more.
GOLD n' kids
GOLD n kids is a program of events and activities for grandparents and their grandchildren, aged four years and over. It enables both generations to enjoy participating in activities together.
Gonewalking
Gonewalking groups are led by trained volunteer Walk Organisers and offer a range of walk types including parents with prams, bush walks, health and fitness or leisure walks. Walking groups vary in pace from slow to medium fast to suit your pace.
Real Adventure Women (RAW)
The Real Adventure Women (RAW) program provides women 16 years and over with a wide range of recreation activities. RAW encourages all women, regardless of fitness and location, to step outside of their comfort zone and try something new and adventurous. Discover an activity to inspire you in the RAW program.
Chill Out
Black Diamonds
Council's Black Diamonds program is designed for young Murri and Islander people. Activities include sport and recreation, arts and culture and the Stylin' UP program. Find out what's on and how to get involved.
