Delivering Brisbane's projects
Every day, Brisbane City Council is working with residents and local communities to help make our city what it is today with a long-term vision for the future. We're building smoother streets and tackling traffic congestion, with more than 90 congestion-busting suburban road projects, to get residents home quicker and safer with more travel options. We're also creating dedicated bikeways and active travel options with a $100 million investment, and new lifestyle and leisure opportunities with better facilities and venues for all ages to enjoy.
