Congratulations to the 30 finalists who entered stunning photos in the 2017 Lord Mayor's Green Heart Photography Competition to inspire viewers to keep Brisbane clean, green and sustainable. Here are our winners selected by popular vote.

2017 competition theme

Council recently released Brisbane, Clean, Green, Sustainable 2017-2031 - the most ambitious environmental agenda in Brisbane's history. Read the full document or highlights to see how far we've come as a city, as well as targets we're working towards and how we can all contribute.

The competition called on entrants to inspire people to act more sustainably in daily life.
