Successful grant recipients receive funding to improve access and inclusion in Brisbane.
A total of 16 organisations received funding to a total value of $600,000.

|Intraining Running & Triathlon Club Inc.||Enhance programs to support engagement in beginner and experienced running programs for people with disability.||$16,351.50|
|Mitchelton Seventh-day Adventist Church||Upgrade the unsealed car parks for the church and its hall to asphalt.||$50,000|
|Northern Suburbs Bowls Club Inc.||Remodel and extend the existing male toilets to include a unisex accessible toilet. Demolition work and asbestos removal is required.||$50,000|
|Oxley Bowls Club||Construct a new unisex accessible toilet that requires minimal demolition and remodelling of the existing facility.||$11,000|
|Rocks Community Garden Inc.||Upgrade the garden's internal pathways to provide a clear, uninterrupted path of travel for people with mobility issues.||$50,353.60|

|The Mcleod Country Golf Club||Purchase a paragolfer for use by anyone with disability or a stability issue who wishes to learn or play golf.||$39,000|
|The Metropolitan Senior Citizens Centre||Upgrade driveways and car parks and install internal automatic sliding doors and door openers.||$50,000|
|World Wellness Group Limited||Construct a small ramp at the front entrance of the clinic and modify existing toilets to improve disability access.||$50,000|
|Yarranlea P&F Committee||Install an accessible toilet. This includes significant remodelling work to convert a storeroom and existing toilets to be able to provide a unisex accessible toilet.||$50,000|
