Flood Awareness Map

Brisbane City Council's Flood Awareness Map is for general awareness about the possibility of flooding in your local area. It also provides historic flooding information and local sources of flooding.

The flood information provided in the Flood Awareness Map is sourced from flood studies and models endorsed by Council.

Council last updated the Flood Awareness Map on Friday 5 May 2017. This update includes the latest flood data from the Brisbane River Catchment Flood Study (BRCFS), led by the Queensland Government, as well as data from the Perrin Creek and Moggill Creek flood studies.
