Brisbane Youth Week
Brisbane Youth Week is an annual celebration and showcase of young people from 12-25 years of age. It provides opportunities for young people to share ideas, attend live events, workshops, activities and forums and celebrate their contribution to the community.
This year there were more than 100 activities, events and workshops across Brisbane including live music, dance and performance, mini-festivals, screen printing workshops, yoga, canoeing and fandom haven events at libraries just to name a few.
There are lots of ways you can be involved in Youth Week.
We are currently looking for young people 12-25 years of age to be part of our Youth Management Team that will help us design and deliver parts of the program.
We are also looking for young people 12-25 years of age to be volunteers, performers, and facilitators, and youth and community organisations or local businesses that are interested in being part of the festivities.
