Provides funding to improve, develop and maintain community facilities, with preference provided to Council community-leased facilities. Funding is available for both the planning and design, and construction, phases of projects.

Provides funding to support projects that respond to local community needs, improve community facilities and build organisational capacity. There are two rounds each year.

Housing Support ProgramFunds to community organisations for projects or services that respond to the housing and social needs of homeless people in Brisbane's inner north.$2000 to $10,000

Pathways out of Homelessness Grant ProgramThis triennial program enables new, innovative and sustainable solutions to address the growing community issue of homelessness.Up to a total of $450,000 over three years.Opened: 25 January 2023

Environment GrantsProvides funding to not-for-profit organisations and groups to undertake environmental initiatives that address local or citywide community environmental issues.

Minimum $1000

Up to $8000 for operational and administrative expenses. Up to $20,000 for environmental projects.

Cultivating Community Gardens GrantsAims to enhance Brisbane's sustainability and liveability by providing funding to not-for-profit community organisations to establish, develop and maintain community gardens.$1000 to $2500

Sustainability GrantsProvides assistance to not-for-profit organisations to undertake actions to support the reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of their facilities.$1000 to $10,000

Native Wildlife Carers GrantsProvides financial assistance to groups and registered Native Wildlife Carers involved in rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing orphaned, sick and injured native wildlife originating from the Brisbane City Council area.$500 to $5000Future dates for 2024-25 Round to be advised
