Northgate recent creek flood information

The primary sources of flooding in the Northgate area are from Pound Creek and Cannery Creek. Flooding can occur from local rainfall runoff, tidal influences, river flooding or storm surge. Rainfall and stream data is collected from gauges at Crockford Street, Northgate and Pound Street, Hendra.

The intensity of rainfall determines the probability of creek flooding and precautions need to be taken to protect your family and property.
