DESCRIPTION:<p>Come along for a special Bush Kindy celebrating Nature Book Week and make memories with your little ones as they take part in story-time and rhymes in the natural environment. Bush Kindy sessions can go for up to 45 minutes and themes vary each week.</p><p>Bush Kindy sessions can go for up to 45 minutes and themes vary each week. Bush Kindy is for children aged 3-5 years, alongside their parents and carers. This session is presented in partnership with Brisbane City Council Libraries and First 5 Forever. First 5 Forever is an initiative of the Queensland Government, co-ordinated by the State Library of Queensland and delivered in partnership with local government.</p><p>This activity is for the general public. If you are a daycare or vacation group interested in attending a similar activity please email&nbsp;<a href="mailto:DWEC@brisbane.qld.gov.au" target="_blank">Council</a>.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul>	<li>Arrive minimum 10 minutes early to check in with staff at the centre.</li>	<li>All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.</li>	<li>Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed walking shoes (no thongs or open shoes please), sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.</li>	<li>Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play.</li>	<li>Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:&nbsp;</strong>Outdoor events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.</p>
