DESCRIPTION:Bush Kindy is for children aged 3-5 years, alongside their parents and carers. Be immersed in the natural surroundings of the reserve as children build nature confidence and respect for the environment through bushwalks, exploration, story-time, art 'n' craft and much more.<p>Bush Kindy sessions can go for roughly 45 minutes and will go ahead in light rain. Themes and activities vary each week.<p>This activity is for the general public. If you are a daycare or vacation group interested in attending a similar activity, <a href="mailto:BWEC%40brisbane.qld.gov.au" dir="ltr">send an email</a>.<p><b><strong>Booking requirements:</strong></b><ul><li value="1">Required via Eventbrite. Maximum 5 tickets.</li><li value="2">A ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required.</li><li value="3">All adults and children (including infants) must have a ticket.</li><li value="4">As this event is popular and places limited, late arrival tickets will be forfeited to make way for available attendees.</li><li value="5">Please cancel online via Eventbrite if you cannot attend.</li></ul><b><strong>Requirements on the day:</strong></b><ul><li value="1">Arrive minimum 10 minutes early to check in with staff at the centre.</li><li value="2">All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.</li><li value="3">Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed walking shoes (no thongs or open shoes please), sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.</li><li value="4">Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play.</li><li value="5">Water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.</li></ul><b><strong>Note: </strong></b>All outdoor events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
