DESCRIPTION:<p dir="ltr">Join us during <a href="https://www.brisbanefestival.com.au/" dir="ltr">Brisbane Festival </a>and in celebration of <a href="https://www.un.org/en/observances/sign-languages-day" dir="ltr">International Day of Sign Languages</a> 2026 for a special walk through <a href="https://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/events-arts-and-culture/art-and-culture/outdoor-gallery-and-public-art" dir="ltr">Brisbane City Council’s Outdoor Gallery exhibition, <i><em>AMPLIFY ME!</em></i></a></p><p dir="ltr">This tour will be supported with an interpreter.</p><p dir="ltr"><i><em>AMPLIFY ME!&nbsp;</em></i>is an exhibition celebrating local artists with lived experience of disability, showcasing powerful creative voices across Brisbane’s Outdoor Gallery.</p><p dir="ltr">Meet the artists and curator behind <i><em>AMPLIFY ME!</em></i>&nbsp;as we explore selected works from this exhibition, honouring neurodivergent perspectives in contemporary art. Listen to insights into their practice and process directly from the artists and hear from curator Nicole Crosswell about the development of <i><em>AMPLIFY ME!</em></i>&nbsp;and the significance of centring lived experience within Brisbane’s Outdoor Gallery program.</p><p dir="ltr">Take a leisurely walk and gain a deeper understanding of how creativity and self-expression can help amplify perspectives within the community.</p><p dir="ltr">Everyone is welcome, although bookings are essential.
