Join us for a relaxed, nurse led afternoon for mums and daughters (dads and other caregivers are also warmly welcome).
This session is for girls aged 9-12. It is a gentle and foundational session to discuss, what is happening in their bodies, what is normal and to address the changes before they feel overwhelming. Every question is welcome, nothing is awkward. They are small group sessions where every girl feels safe to ask questions. Just honest, age-appropriate conversation and a chance to connect with your daughter over the changes ahead.
