DESCRIPTION:<p>Sherwood Arboretum, established in 1925, is Brisbane&rsquo;s only botanic garden dedicated exclusively to growing Australian native trees. The Arboretum holds scientific and cultural values with many of the original plantings undertaken by prominent citizens of Brisbane.</p><p>The guided walk will be led by the Volunteer Guides of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha and the Friends of Sherwood Arboretum.</p><ul>	<li>Requirements: Wear a hat, enclosed walking shoes, and be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen.</li>	<li>Meeting point: Meet at the shelter adjacent to the main carpark off Jolimont Street, Sherwood.</li>	<li>Age: Open to all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult.</li></ul><p><strong>Note</strong>: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.</p>
