Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha has three designated sites available for bookings for special events of short duration.

Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha is located at 152 Mt Coot-tha Road, Mt Coot-tha.

Park facilities

Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha includes the following facilities (some of which are shown on the map below):

Booking sites

The following designated sites are available for bookings for weddings and special events. The maximum period for each wedding booking is two hours.

Each booking site is provided with a small table and 20 chairs for events. There are no shelters or power. Water bubblers are located near booking sites, but toilets are over 100 metres from all booking sites. No vehicle access is available to booking sites.

Palm Tree Lawn

This site features rainforest and small flowing creek. A small arbor at the entrance to this lawn provides an ideal setting for sheltering small wedding parties.

This site features a large, shady fig tree, surrounded by mature trees and shrubs.

Park bookings

Bookings apply only to the wedding lawn you choose in the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha and to the use of an arbor (if the area you choose has this feature).

The following special conditions apply to bookings in this park:
