Wi-Fi in Valley Malls
The Wi-Fi service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Anyone can access it with a Wi-Fi enabled device.
Enabled devices include:

- personal digital assistants.
To connect to the service, search your wireless networks, select ’Brisbane Free Wi-Fi', and read and accept the terms and conditions. No login is required.
Wi-Fi hotspot locations
Wi-Fi coverage in Valley Malls is limited to the pedestrian areas in:
- Brunswick Street Mall
- Chinatown Mall.
Telstra provides end-user support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A hotline is available to assist users in the listed Wi-Fi-enabled parks and public spaces. The hotline number is 1800 384 685. Look for this number in hotspot areas.
Hotspot areas are to be used in a fair and community-minded manner. Council may choose to limit downloads and connection times and use content filtering systems as part of this service. More information can be found in the terms and conditions.
