Prescribed forms and checklist requirements
The Brisbane Infrastructure Charges Resolutions identify that a prescribed form must be used when making a submission to Council regarding infrastructure charges, offsets and refunds for development approvals issued from 30 June 2014 onwards.
How to submit
To submit a prescribed form, follow the steps below.
- Complete the relevant prescribed form and checklist.
- Prepare other supporting materials, as indicated in the relevant form and checklist.
- Send the above completed form, checklist and other supporting materials by email to dalodgement@brisbane.qld.gov.au. Ensure that the full title of the form is included in the subject line of the email (e.g. 'Form A - Discount for a prescribed financial contribution').
A fee is payable with the lodgement of some of these forms.
