The Kurilpa Riverfront Renewal plan area is across the river from the Brisbane Central Business District (CBD). It is a short stroll from some of Queensland’s most popular cultural and lifestyle precincts including the Queensland Cultural Precinct, South Brisbane, South Bank, West End, Caxton Street and Suncorp Stadium.
The plan area comprises more than 25 hectares and one kilometre frontage to our iconic Brisbane River. Predominately occupied by industry and factories, Kurilpa will transform over the coming years into a world-class riverfront destination.
