Boating, canoeing and fishing

Brisbane City Council has a number of public boat and canoe ramps, pontoons and fishing platforms throughout the city. These boat ramps are designed for recreational use and the load limit is only five tonnes. Find the locations of these facilities and information on the parks and reserves they are located in.

Council also manages two boat mooring sites - Gardens Point Boat Harbour near the City Botanic Gardens, and Breakfast Creek. Find out what facilities are available at these sites and how to apply to use a Council mooring site.
