Parks - get close to wildlife

Brisbane City Council's parks and bushland reserves provide wonderful opportunities to get close to Brisbane's native plants and animals. Go for a bushwalk or take your binoculars and look out for birds, koalas, wallabies, lizards and other wildlife. Stay for a picnic or barbecue or just enjoy the peacefulness of the bush. If you're a photographer, the parks and reserves provide a myriad of photo opportunities.

We've listed some of Brisbane's favourite and most popular natural area parks and reserves. Visit one of the listed locations and get close to wildlife today. Alternatively, you can find a map of the full list of Council's bushland reserves.
