About the project
George Clayton Park is an iconic park located on the Manly foreshore in Brisbane’s east, popular amongst visitors and locals alike.
This project has delivered an enhanced playground complete with new equipment and exploratory play features, improving the play space appeal for people of all ages and abilities.
The project is part of Councils commitment to continue activating and improving the quality of visitor experience, condition and accessibility of Brisbane's parks and playgrounds, allowing for greater participation within the park network.
The project has provided new features to the George Clayton Park playground including:
- new play equipment
- improved pathway connections
- new sensory and accessibility play features
- park furniture and landscaping improvements.
