Brisbane City Council offers a variety of fitness and well-being activities for individuals of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.

Get active at our free fitness classes, or take advantage of our low-cost activities to help improve your health. Try yoga, tai chi, group bike rides, Zumba, boxing, aqua aerobics and GOLD events for our seniors.

With such a large variety of group fitness classes, there's so many ways to build strength, increase your cardio fitness and help relax and ease your mind.

Please note that active and healthy program events for seniors and kids that incur a fee, now honour the Queensland Government Companion Card.

This allows free participation for anyone accompanying a person with disability who requires attendant care support.
