About the project

Council is planning to undertake investigation works in the area surrounding the Fig Tree Pocket Road and Kenmore Road intersection in Fig Tree Pocket to inform design options for a potential future upgrade of the intersection.

Timing

Investigation works are planned to be undertaken intermittently for approximately four weeks between late November and early December 2018, Monday to Saturday between 7am and 5pm, weather permitting. Some works will be undertaken at night to meet traffic permits, when traffic volumes are lowest to minimise disruptions and ensure the safety of motorists and workers. Where night works are required, they will be undertaken from Sunday to Thursday, between 7pm and 5am. Council will provide an update to the community prior to the start of any night investigation works.
