Pay for your residential parking permit
The fees for residential parking permits are outlined below. Fees apply to both the standard residential parking permits and visitor permits. Short-term permits will continue to be provided to residents for free. Find out more about applying for a residential parking permit.

Exemptions from fees
Some organisations and other bodies are exempt from fees and charges. To find out if your organisation is exempt, download Appendix A of the schedule of fees and charges.

How to pay
You can pay for your residential parking permit in person, by mail, online and by phone. Payment is not required at the time of application, but can be paid for if you apply in person or by mail.
Paying in person
- visit a Regional Business Centre where you can apply and pay for your residential parking permit using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), cash, cheque or money order.
Paying by mail
- at the time of your application, return your completed application along with supporting documents and either a cheque or money order to:

Please note that it is illegal to send cash via Australia Post.
Paying online or by phone
If you applied online or have a received a payment or renewal notice, you can pay for your residential parking permit
- online using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only)
- by phoning 1300 322 377 and using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). This service is available from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
