CityCat design competition - it's a wrap!

Extract from the bonnet of the winning CityCat Wrap design by Debra Hood.

Congratulations to Debra Hood from Balmoral who created the winning design for the Team Brisbane CityCat design competition.

Debra’s design depicts Brisbane as a vibrant and colourful city and shows a collection of iconic ‘Queenslander’ style homes that abound and embrace the Brisbane River. Her design’s ‘dotty’ style reflects the natural confetti created when Brisbane’s jacarandas and poinciana trees spill their foliage.

Debra was inspired by the Brisbane River itself which provides a life stream of beauty and a uniquely relaxed urban identity.

Debra’s design will be featured on one of Council’s 21-strong fleet and will be the seventh CityCat to receive a decorative wrap as part of the Team Brisbane initiative.

Thank you to everyone who entered the Team Brisbane CityCat design competition.
