Aqua interval training
9:30am to 10:30am
All ages. Children can attend with an adult.
Interval training is all the rage at the moment, and now it’s time to add water. A highly effective form of cardiovascular training, which involves brief bursts of high-intensity work followed by a recovery period. This allows you to workout at a higher intensity, with less impact on the body and with the added benefit of resistance that the water provides. Suitable for all fitness levels. Everyone works at their own pace. This class will be held in the indoor pool during the Winter months. Creche is available at the pool for an extra charge. This class will be held in the Indoor Pool during Winter.
