Bookings Essential. Use water resistance to strengthen abdominal and back muscles. Lots of fun equipment is used to add different and interesting aspects to this fabulous activity. Some jumping moves are used to strengthen bones and assist in the prevention of osteoporosis. The session concludes with pilates and relaxation to set you up for a great weekend.
