For more than 10 years, Elizabeth has been creating edible installations, food sculptures, paintings as well as experiential dining events engaging audiences through smell, taste, sight and touch. Drawing attention to the influences on our food consumption, Elizabeth will develop a body of print works, which begin with food items as stamps.
