Boxing For Fun and Fitness is a cardiovascular and strength based training program targeting the upper and lower body, focussed on coordination and safe boxing techniques. The program targets all aspects of fitness such as; cardiovascular, muscular endurance and strength, stamina, coordination, reflexes, speed and power. The program also incorporates high intensity training, combining both strength and cardio based exercises. The flexible nature of the program means it can be adapted for people of various fitness levels.
