Chocolicious & Chai
9:30am to 12:00pm
Chocolate – one of the little luxuries of life. There’s nothing better in winter than a hot chocolate to keep you warm and toasty, unless it’s a hot, spicy chai. But chocolate may soon be a rarity, as it is one of a number of plants threatened by climate change. Learn how chocolate is grown and just how precious it is – and then experiment to see how to make the best hot chocolate ever. Masala Chai is the spiced tea blend popular in India. Enjoy tasting a variety of mixtures and then play with exotic spice blends to make your preferred (and very decadent) chai mix to take home. All materials provided.
