This program combines both strength and cardio exercises providing participants with a highly challenging activity. Six to 10 stations are set up and each exercise is performed between 30 seconds and 60 seconds, combining short-sprints and other challenging blast exercises between stations. The program targets the upper and lower body, concentrating in developing strength and cardiovascular fitness. The exercises are modified to cater for participant’s different fitness levels.
