This family day out includes: <ul> <li>Lord Mayor's welcome</li> <li>traditional ceremonies</li> <li>face painting</li> <li>wildlife shows</li> <li>free sausage sizzle</li> <li>guided bike rides</li> <li>native plant giveaways</li> <li>live music</li> <li>bicycle powered smoothies</li> <li>free bicycle safety checks</li> <li>guided walks and much more.</li> </ul> Immerse your senses in a day of activities at the wetlands.&nbsp; <strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure, fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site. <strong>Note: </strong>Any walks or outside activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day. <strong>Meeting point:</strong> Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre.
