A workout session that has a mixture of strength and cardio. The main aim is to improve your health, muscles and endurance. Different equipment is utilized to help keep your fitness workout fresh, fun and fast paced so as to raise your heart rate. Body weight exercises, free weights, balance and core are all intertwined within a session. Mums, dads and bubs welcome.
